Saw a flyer in the mail and called. Appointment was made within a few days. We looked at the tuckpointing to be done from ON TOP OF THE FLAT ROOF. Nobody else did that. They all eyeballed it from the sidewalk. Milton then looked at the roof and suggested he give me a price on the roof too. Price for tuckpointing and roofing were great. Workmen called before coming and showed up on time. Work was completed and everything cleaned up. It was hot… hot… hot… and no skipped steps. I am very happy! Ref #18298.
