Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness I was in need of some masonry work done on my home. I called several different masonry/brick laying type of businesses, but a lot of them didn't service my area. I got very lucky when I called Nombach. Jack quickly became my go-to person. I have a busy schedule, so he allowed me to send him pictures of the things that I needed tuck pointed. He also provided me a quote fairly quickly. He was very responsive. Whenever I had questions or would give him a call, he would respond in a timely manner. It took a while for the guys to come out and do the work. I actually had to call the scheduling team (instead of them calling me) to get the work scheduled after I paid my down payment. However, once the job was scheduled, the workers came out within about a week. They did a great job, and were in and out within about 4 hours. If I'm in need of any masonry/tuck pointing repair again, I'll definitely call Nombach.
