STORM DAMAGE? WE CAN HELP!

If a severe storm has caused damage to your home OR you fear that a recent storm may have caused damage to your home, please contact us immediately. Don’t wait for a leak to come inside and cause even more damage!

Inspections are free and our experienced field inspectors will help you to determine the extent of your storm damage. If it is recommended that a claim should be submitted to your insurance company, our inspectors can help walk you through the claim process. There are a few things you will need to do before submitting your claim to ensure you are fully covered.

When it comes to submitting your claim and getting it approved, most insurance companies will do everything in their power to deny it. Not because it isn’t warranted, but because they simply do not want to pay for it due to, from our experience, sheer greed. You pay your premiums every year and you deserve proper coverage by your insurance company PERIODNombach is ready and willing to fight for you to ensure you are treated properly!

If you have already submitted a claim and the insurance company has determined that you do have storm damage, then you are already ahead of the game! Do not be afraid if it seems like the amount estimated by the insurance is low. This is often the case! 99% of the time, there is something missed or left out of the insurance estimate.

As a local contractor, we are required to bring all construction up to the current building codes.  In addition to codes, there are certain items that are essential to a quality job that are often missed at the initial adjustment.  We have an entire department that works directly with our field inspectors to ensure that we not only bring everything up to code, but up to our high building standards.

YOU PAY THE PREMIUM FOR YOUR INSURANCE, YOU DESERVE A QUALITY PRODUCT – NO SHORTCUTS!

BEWARE OF STORM CHASERS!!!

These are usually salespeople that go door-to-door promising homeowners that they will not need to pay anything out of pocket. This is a scam! The Attorney General’s Office has a pamphlet titled “Home Repair – Know Your Consumer Rights”. This pamphlet specifically states, “Please use extreme caution when confronted by door-to-door salespeople with no local connections who offer to do home repair work for substantially less than the market price.”

These storm chasers come from different states chasing the storm damage and insurance money that comes with it. Often times, they offer labor warranties on their work exceeding 5 years trying to put the homeowner’s mind at ease. However, once they move on to the next city or state, they will not come back to address any issues. you might have. The local contractors are then left to pick up the pieces and the homeowner is left paying for the complete replacement of their brand-new roof. Nombach has completely replaced many new roofs, gutters, siding, windows, etc. due to the poor workmanship of these storm chasers.

It is in your best interest to use only local contractors that have been established in your area for many years.
