The person who gave me a quote was extremely thorough and friendly. I appreciated this because I had gotten quotes from other people who just drove by my house when I wasn’t home and just called me with a quote with no regard to even meeting me or other people who gave absurdly low or high quotes that made no sense. My quote from Nombach seemed fair and was explained to me, in fact I went up and looked at it with him and saw where my roof was basically just mud in spots. The time between the quote/signed contract and getting the roof and soffit done was longer than I wanted, but everyone was doing home improvement during COVID summer and I didn’t have any leaks so it was a priority but not urgent. My roof was done in 2 days and my soffit was done in one day about a week later. I got up on the roof a couple times to see what was being done and took pics the whole way through. I liked my soffit foreman and crew better than the roof foreman. I paid exactly what the contract said and I got affordable financing which was really helpful since I underestimated the cost! I’m paying $223 a month for a new roof instead of coming out of pocket with $15K. I would work with them again and hope to now that I’ve seen their work. I’m sorry to see these other bad reviews.
