Nombach Roofing & Tuckpointing, a continually growing family-owned home exteriors company based on Chicago’s south side for over 35 years, is seeking an Operations Manager to work directly alongside the Vice President to oversee all daily operations of the company and its roofing crews including: work scheduling, coordinating material pickups and deliveries, coordinating service personnel, managing pricing of material vendors, maintaining operations budgets, working with
payroll services in regards to roofing crew pay and management of all company operations personnel.
As director of scheduling, it is the responsibility of the Operations Manager to schedule work with both clients and with workers and to be the median of communication between clients and workers while work is ongoing.
The Operations Manager reports directly to the Vice President and President of the company and must complete any tasks assigned by either. In most cases, the Operations Manager is the primary liaison between Nombach Roofing and their clients throughout the construction phase of the project. The Operations Manager oversees dealing with employee requests and aids in the hiring of non-office employees.
