When it comes to making home repairs it is a difficult task in itself. Finding a good company to do the repairs is totally an entire different undertake. I was in dire need of a roof and didn’t know of anyone who recently had roof repair on their home. After searching the internet, I contacted several companies of which I did not feel comfortable with. I finally decided to call Nombach as they were near my home. The Service Manager, Bret Rhodes, contacted me and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. On the day of the appointment, Mr. Rhodes arrived with samples, information on the company’s history, and a list of homes that had roofing work completed by them along with before and after pictures. After the initial assessment of work needed to be done, he reviewed pricing and material options, which were reasonable. As I needed financing for the job, Mr. Rhodes was diligent in getting financing for me at a payment which I could afford. Initially I was given a day the work would begin; however the work was completed earlier than anticipated. On the day of repairs, the work crew was friendly and promptly began working. They cleaned up after all work was completed. I chose Nombach because of the warm, caring and personable service I received from Bret as well as the attention to my needs shown by the company. They actually cared and that meant a lot to me. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a company who is honest, sincere and puts the customer needs first. I will be calling Nombach (Bret) in the future for other exterior repair jobs. I now can rest comfortable knowing that someone actually cared and the job was done beautiful and above all of my expectations. If you are reading this review, please do not hesitate to call them.
