Nombach replaced my large scupper bucket and downspout. The old one was made of steel and had rusted through in several places. Mark from Nombach came to check things out, explained everything to me, and was patient while I asked him a bunch of other roofing/building related questions (some of which weren’t related at all to possible jobs and yet he still helped me out). The only downside was that we confirmed the job in late November but it wasn’t completed until late Feb or early March. They warned me at the time it would take 1-2 months and possibly longer. Partly just unlucky because the weather made it difficult and that was the busy time of the year for them. They were good about communication– someone called me every few weeks to let me know they hadn’t forgotten about me. When it got done, they finished it in one day as promised. I would definitely use them again for other work.
