Last year in January, I needed some flashing work done on the chimney, and they were one of the few companies who were doing this kind of work in the winter and willing to even come out for an estimate. They also gave me recommendations for future work to look out for (the house is 125+ years old), without being pushy. Fast forward ten months later, I need my roof shingled and a chimney liner. Mark was very helpful, answering all of my questions and giving tips to me as a new homeowner. The technicians who did the liner were very hardworking and professional. The roof has been delayed due to the weather, but the office workers have been dutifully calling to give updates in the meantime, which is appreciated. A reliable and responsive company.
