Hans Nombach rebuilt a badly crumbling chimney, replaced the roof, & tore down and rebuilt rear concrete steps with a small area around the stairs. The project was completed late in the year (2018) and the fresh concrete had to be covered by tarps. There was an issue with some impressions in some of the concrete due to the covering & possibly time of year. Once winter went away, there were no issues with them coming back out to redo the affected areas. They must have a lot of projects going on though as it did take a bit of time from agreeing to the work to starting the work. The work was completed quickly once they started.
